This website is for finding out about Sumerset Homes’s homes and communities and for getting in touch with us. Please do not use it to break the law, to disrupt the site, or to collect information about other people.

Homes, floor plans, availability, features and prices shown here can change without notice, and renderings and photographs are illustrative. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a contract. The terms of any purchase are set out in the purchase agreement you sign.

If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Rocklin Real Estate, the brokerage that representsSumerset Homes’s communities, about your enquiry: answering questions, arranging a tour, and following up about homes or communities you asked about. Some of these messages may be sent automatically.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying a home or of any other service, and you can leave the box unticked and still hear from us by phone or email.

The messages we send are about what you asked us for:

• Replies and answers to your enquiry
• Arranging and confirming tours and appointments, including reminders
• Follow-ups about homes, floor plans, pricing and availability you asked about
• Updates about a home you are buying, and customer care

Message frequency varies with your enquiry, and message and data rates may apply. You must be 18 or older to agree to receive text messages, and you must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission for the number you give us.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP to any message for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
