Follow Up Boss holds that information on our behalf so we can respond to you and keep track of the conversation.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. We do not track your browsing across other websites.

The only cookies this site sets are for staff signing in to our private administration area. They exist to keep that session secure and are not used to profile visitors.

Information you submit is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a secured database, as well as in the customer relationship system described in section 3. Access to it is limited to Sumerset Homes staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
