The enquiry forms on this site are provided by GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system Rocklin Real Estate, the brokerage that represents these communities, uses to manage enquiries on our behalf. What you enter in a form, such as your name, email address, phone number, the community you are interested in, and your message, goes directly to GoHighLevel, which holds it on our behalf so we can respond to you and keep track of the conversation. If you agree to receive text messages, that consent is recorded there too.

Sumerset communities are marketed and sold by Rocklin Real Estate, and our sales team replies as Rocklin Real Estate. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Rocklin Real Estate on behalf of Sumerset Homes. Message and data rates may apply.

If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box on a form, we may text you about your enquiry: answering questions, arranging a tour, and following up about homes or communities you asked about. Those texts come from Rocklin Real Estate, the brokerage that represents these communities. Some of these messages may be sent automatically.

Ticking that box is never a condition of buying a home or of any other service. You can leave it unticked and we will contact you by phone or email instead.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing or calling us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Your number is shared only with the providers who help us send those messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform, and they may not use it for their own purposes.
