Turnberry Townhomes

Coming Soon

A new townhome community is coming soon. Additional details will be shared as they are confirmed.

Community Overview

Main-floor living, close to everything.

Turnberry Townhomes is a new Sumerset community taking shape in the Tonaquint area of St. George, and more information is coming soon. What we can tell you now is how these townhomes are designed to live: the primary bedroom is on the main floor, so sleeping, cooking and everyday living all happen on one level, with the stairs saved for guests, family and the rooms you don't use every day. Expect quality finishes, private garages and the low-maintenance living Sumerset is known for.

Turnberry sits directly across the street from our Rockland community, near parks, trails, golf courses, schools, shopping and downtown St. George. It's a quiet setting with the whole city a few minutes away, and with the new Curly Hollow Adventure Park close by, there's plenty of Southern Utah right outside the door.
